LEAP-RE call on renewable energy

The Long-Term Europe-Africa Partnership on Renewable Energy (LEAP-RE) programme under Horizon 2020 is preparing its first joint transnational call AU-EU collaborative R&I projects on renewable energy. The pre-proposal stage of the call is set to open in January 2021. The purpose of the call is to promote research and innovation collaboration between Africa and Europe within the field of renewable energy, encompassing the entire value chain.

The Academy of Finland is prepared to fund successful Finnish consortium parties with a total of 500,000 euros.
